Responsibilities
Identify and prospect net-new business opportunities within the Middle Tennessee market
Conduct pre-qualification of suspects to identify ideal Target Client Profile prospects
Generate and schedule first-time appointments through outbound efforts (calls, email, networking, referrals)
Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers (CEO, CFO, business leaders)
Drive early-stage discovery conversations and uncover business and technology challenges
Collaborate with leadership and sales team members to advance and close opportunities
Develop and maintain a strong local referral network with aligned professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and pipeline data within CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics, pipeline targets, and revenue goals
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in services or technology solutions
Proven success in a **hunter, net-new business role**
Experience in a full-cycle or early-cycle consultative sales environment
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota and revenue targets
Ability to generate and maintain a consistent pipeline through outbound efforts
Experience booking and running discovery calls / first-time appointments (FTAs)
Comfortable selling to executive stakeholders (C-level, business leaders)
Experience with longer, solution-based sales cycles (typically 2–6+ months)
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, ConnectWise, Salesforce, etc.)
Highly coachable, accountable, and comfortable operating within a structured sales process
Based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area, with ability to travel locally
