Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a portfolio of Hub-related Talent projects and programs
Support or manage strategic programs unique to Growth Markets Talent
Consult and collaborate regularly with Hub Talent Enablement Leaders, Business Talent enablement team members, and COE program leaders
Identify Hub Talent best practices and align across functions
Build and support Hub Talent-specific resource guides, program materials, and other deliverables
Operationalize Hub Talent metrics, sites, and knowledge
Stay current with Talent industry best practices, driving innovation and sharing trends and knowledge
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5-7+ years of applicable work experience
Strong project management skills
Experience with driving culture and connectivity initiatives
Proven ability to apply strong process and technology enablement knowledge to analyze and problem solve
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Developing knowledge of change management principles
Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems and issues
Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
