Responsibilities
Supervise the commercial strategy implemented within the company
Manage the entire sales team
Supervise, train and develop sales representatives and branch managers with field follow-up
Set team and individual targets
Prospect in B2C and B2B
Assess the needs of individual customers by prospecting in the field
Use active listening to understand customer projects and close sales
Promote Glass Express’s strengths and commercial offers
Prepare and lead monthly sales meetings
Analyze monthly sales figures for sales representatives and branch managers
Organize and supervise observation days for sales candidates at Glass Express
Manage the installation of in-mall promotional stands
Participate in various commercial events
Create weekly schedules for the sales team
Manage gift card stock at partner stores
Requirements
Valid driving license (category B) required
Proven professional experience in a similar role
One-month internal training provided: technical knowledge of our services
