About the role

  • Senior Account Executive developing and executing marketing strategies for client accounts in healthcare. Bridging gaps between clients and creative teams to drive brand growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow high-value client relationships by deeply understanding client business needs and industry challenges.
  • Gather and analyze information from clients, external partners, and internal teams to inform decision-making and actionable recommendations.
  • Craft targeted strategies based on thorough analysis of internal and external factors, ensuring alignment with both client and company goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage strategic action plans, tracking progress and results throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Make well-informed, data-driven recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular, clear communication with clients at every stage, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
  • Lead or participate in contract negotiations and high-value proposals for complex deals.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior account staff, fostering skill development and team success.
  • Handle moderately complex to highly complex account issues independently, escalating only the most significant matters to higher management.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and ensure clients are receiving optimal, up-to-date solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus).
  • Typically requires 3+ years of progressive experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales, with a successful record of driving revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Expertise in CRM software, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Advanced customer/client orientation and consultative skills.
  • Originality and analytical thinking for strategic problem-solving.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and decision-making acumen.
