Responsibilities

Handle moderately complex to highly complex account issues independently, escalating only the most significant matters to higher management.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and ensure clients are receiving optimal, up-to-date solutions.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus).
Typically requires 3+ years of progressive experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales, with a successful record of driving revenue and client satisfaction.
Expertise in CRM software, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
