About the role

  • Senior Account Executive responsible for driving growth in the German market for a fintech company. Building and managing relationships with large clients, executing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire, close, and expand strategic clients in your territory.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted outreach.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Lead consultative, solution-based sales by understanding prospects' business models.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences ensuring high-touch interactions.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a technical product in Fintech or SaaS.
  • Experience in an international or European environment.
  • Ability to build and manage your own pipeline.
  • Passionate about startups and new technology businesses.
  • Self-driven and independent.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to sell to large accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player.
  • Fluent in German with professional proficiency in English.
