Requirements
- Education focused on payroll, HR or social management (BTS, Licence, Bachelor, Master, apprenticeship...)
- Initial experience in payroll administration, including internships or apprenticeships
- Proficiency in managing sick leave and workplace accidents — essential requirement
- Ability to manage multiple collective agreements and multi-site environments
- Knowledge of CEGID Payroll software
- Experience in multi-site or multi-agreement environments
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills (essential to manage multi-subsidiary complexity)
