About the role

  • Gestionnaire de paie at Exhibit Group handling payroll for ~250 employees across multiple locations and collective agreements, ensuring compliance and communication with employees.

Responsibilities

  • Management of payroll for multiple subsidiaries and sites (~250 employees)
  • Application and administration of multiple collective bargaining agreements
  • Social declarations: URSSAF, DSN, etc.
  • Full management and reporting of sick leave and workplace accidents
  • Supporting employees with payroll-related questions
  • You will work on the CEGID Payroll software

Requirements

  • Education focused on payroll, HR or social management (BTS, Licence, Bachelor, Master, apprenticeship...)
  • Initial experience in payroll administration, including internships or apprenticeships
  • Proficiency in managing sick leave and workplace accidents — essential requirement
  • Ability to manage multiple collective agreements and multi-site environments
  • Knowledge of CEGID Payroll software
  • Experience in multi-site or multi-agreement environments
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills (essential to manage multi-subsidiary complexity)
  • Commitment and autonomy in your work
  • Good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for supporting and guiding employees
  • Excellent written communication skills (emails, administrative correspondence)
  • Adaptability and versatility
