Application and administration of multiple collective bargaining agreements

Full management and reporting of sick leave and workplace accidents
Supporting employees with payroll-related questions
You will work on the CEGID Payroll software
Requirements
Education focused on payroll, HR or social management (BTS, Licence, Bachelor, Master, apprenticeship...)
Initial experience in payroll administration, including internships or apprenticeships
Proficiency in managing sick leave and workplace accidents — essential requirement
Ability to manage multiple collective agreements and multi-site environments
Knowledge of CEGID Payroll software
Experience in multi-site or multi-agreement environments
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills (essential to manage multi-subsidiary complexity)
