About the role
- Oracle Consulting Generalist at PwC providing consulting services for clients with HCM and payroll solutions. Collaborating to analyze needs and implement effective Oracle applications.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from the client on their HCM requirements especially Payroll and broader business requirements and how they align to Oracle functionality.
- Work with our team to configure the Oracle solution to meet the customers’ Payroll related and broader HCM requirements
- Help clients and systems team test the Oracle solution
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on the Oracle solution
- Recommend best practices to solve complex client requirements
- Assist in developing functional specification for reports and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve of testing errors and issues in configuration, business processes, data conversion, documentation or the user's lack of experience
- Maintain Oracle certifications and qualifications
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Requirements
- Previous Consulting experience in Human Capital Management or in-house consulting in a Payroll capacity
- Participated in client workshops and hands on experience in implementation and technical support
- Creation of documentation and training materials and knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
- Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
