About the role
- Senior Payroll Consultant managing payroll operations for approximately 800 clients in Luxembourg. Ensuring accurate salary calculations and providing training for internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- You will be the primary point of contact for your team regarding the ALICIA software.
- Manage a client portfolio (800 payslips per month) ensuring monthly payroll calculations.
- Deliver internal training within your team and provide external client support and training on the payroll engine (ALICIA).
- Supervise and mentor Junior Payroll Consultants and Payroll Consultants in their development.
- Review and validate payroll tax controls prepared by Payroll Consultants.
- Manage the onboarding of new clients and support client projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' proven, significant experience in a similar role in Luxembourg (in a service company or fiduciary/accounting firm).
- Excellent knowledge of social and tax legislation.
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Known for your rigor, attention to detail, and team spirit.
- Solution-oriented with the ability to proactively propose improvements to resolve issues.
- Proficient with IT tools and systems.
- Professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written). Any additional commonly used language is considered an asset.
