Responsibilities
Manage payroll for a population of approximately 120 employees.
Collect and verify variable payroll elements (meal vouchers, leave, RTT, overtime, etc.) before submission to payroll provider ADP.
Handle employee administration: drafting contracts, contract amendments, and various correspondence.
Advise and support our internal clients (employees and partners) on all aspects related to employment contract execution.
Contribute to structuring and optimizing internal HR processes together with other HR team members.
Requirements
3 years' experience in payroll and HR administration, ideally gained in an SME or corporate environment
Strong proficiency with ADP Decidium (required)
Solid knowledge of the Syntec collective agreement
Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or Workelo is a plus
Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable working in transforming environments and handling HR structuring topics
