About the role

  • Payroll Manager responsible for managing payroll for about 120 employees. Join delaware France, a digital services company supporting digital transformation with technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll for a population of approximately 120 employees.
  • Collect and verify variable payroll elements (meal vouchers, leave, RTT, overtime, etc.) before submission to payroll provider ADP.
  • Handle employee administration: drafting contracts, contract amendments, and various correspondence.
  • Advise and support our internal clients (employees and partners) on all aspects related to employment contract execution.
  • Contribute to structuring and optimizing internal HR processes together with other HR team members.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in payroll and HR administration, ideally gained in an SME or corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency with ADP Decidium (required)
  • Solid knowledge of the Syntec collective agreement
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or Workelo is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in transforming environments and handling HR structuring topics
