About the role

  • Gestionnaire Paie managing payroll for diverse clients in varied sectors. Collaborating closely with clients and handling payroll administration from entry to exit.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
  • Process payroll files for a diverse client base
  • Manage employee administration from onboarding to offboarding
  • Provide advisory support to the firm's clients

Requirements

  • Two- to three-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2/+3)
  • Knowledge of payroll processing
  • Proven ability to prepare payslips and complete social security and payroll-related declarations
  • Proficient with IT tools and software (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong team spirit
  • Rigorous in applying procedures
  • Adherence to professional ethics (analytical skills, customer service orientation)
  • Experience with SILAE software is an advantage
