- Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a biotech or regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Expertise in network and firewall security, including experience with Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar technologies
- Proficiency in storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, FDA CFR 21 Part 11)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
