IT Specialist managing End User & Desktop Services for enventa Group in hybrid setup. Providing support and enhancing internal IT structures in Germany.
Responsibilities
You are the central point of contact and ensure smooth IT operations
Provisioning, support and further development of employee-related IT infrastructure (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, telephony, print services, IT security)
Support of end devices as well as maintenance and management of the IT inventory
Assisting end users with technical questions and incidents
Setup, maintenance and administration of printers and other IT hardware
Responsibility as a Key User for our ticketing system
Participation in group-wide IT projects and rollouts
Technical IT support for internal events of the enventa Group
Requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft services and Microsoft Azure Cloud
Several years of experience in client support / client management (ideally)
Confident handling of software packaging (Intune)
Solid experience with Active Directory
Routine in client support / client management
Good understanding of IT security in the client environment
Solution-oriented, independent working style
Strong service orientation and communication skills
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Willingness to quickly deepen and develop new IT topics
