About the role

  • Executive Assistant at Daimler Buses coordinating the head of Marketing, Sales & Customer Services. Responsible for task management and planning for internal and customer appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Overall coordination of the content and tasks of the Head of Marketing, Sales & Customer Services for internal meetings as well as customer appointments and events
  • Independent coordination, management and follow-up of tasks and topics within the Executive Management area, as well as cross-departmentally
  • Independent conceptual development of content for internal departmental and cross-departmental projects
  • Independent planning and coordination of the operating expenses budget for the DB/M Executive Management
  • Travel to represent the division at trade fairs and conferences
  • Performing tasks in an international context, partly in English

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in Sales and/or Customer Services & Parts and/or Marketing
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Confident presence, initiative, flexibility, resilience, quick comprehension, strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German (business/professional proficiency)
