Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between our brand, broker and retailer’s buying and marketing teams.
Lead all line reviews, item setup, and assortment updates.
Manage in-store promotional planning and execution, ensuring flawless coordination with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams.
Oversee digital marketing tactics on retailer media channels, optimizing visibility and conversion.
Coordinate digital marketing tactics driving to in-store with Everyday Dose’s internal marketing team (e.g. email programs, Meta, Google, Influencer, TikTok)
Develop and execute strategies for off-shelf displays and secondary placements to drive incremental sales.
Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to grow the category.
Partner closely with demand planning and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and on-time delivery.
Analyze performance metrics, report on key KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years of account management experience in CPG, preferably within food & beverage.
Experience managing major regional retail accounts
Strong understanding of retail promotional planning, eCommerce marketing, and category management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, syndicated data (IRI, NielsenIQ, or similar), and retailer portals.
