About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team dedicated to delivering customer services
  • Implement the store's service offering in alignment with company strategy
  • Build, engage and retain the store's network of partners (tradespeople, rental companies, delivery providers...)
  • Demonstrate initiative and commitment to ensure a high-quality, lasting customer relationship
  • Analyze commercial activity and the performance of the service offering
