Responsibilities
Customer communication and support: you will be the first point of contact for customers after they submit an order to us
Assist in preparing property appraisals under the guidance of experienced appraisers
Help us evaluate residential and commercial properties in accordance with current legal regulations
Review documentation and, by applying various valuation methods and your developing expertise, determine the true value of a property
Support the preparation of appraisal reports and analyze all relevant property factors
You have a passion for real estate and an interest in property valuation – with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused manner
Coordination skills: ability to juggle multiple inquiries, clients and topics simultaneously
Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector
Alternatively (for junior candidates): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
Structured and analytical work approach, with a strong commitment to quality
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
