About the role

  • IT Sales Trainee in a hybrid role focusing on Key Account Management. Collaborating with clients and supporting sales initiatives across key accounts in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
  • Participation in customer meetings and—with increasing experience—gradual takeover of own appointments
  • Travel for customer visits, end-customer, partner, or industry events (regional / nationwide)
  • Cross-selling and upselling to strategically develop customers in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system (Workday)
  • Coordination and collaboration with adjacent teams such as Inside Sales, Bid Management, Controlling, and our sales and technology partners

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in IT
  • Initial professional experience in IT sales is an advantage
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
  • Motivation to learn and work on new topics
  • Confident use of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent German; English skills at minimum C1
