Responsibilities
Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
Participation in customer meetings and—with increasing experience—gradual takeover of own appointments
Travel for customer visits, end-customer, partner, or industry events (regional / nationwide)
Cross-selling and upselling to strategically develop customers in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
Maintaining and updating the CRM system (Workday)
Coordination and collaboration with adjacent teams such as Inside Sales, Bid Management, Controlling, and our sales and technology partners
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in IT
Initial professional experience in IT sales is an advantage
Structured and independent way of working
Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
Motivation to learn and work on new topics
Confident use of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
