About the role

  • Junior HR Specialist managing various HR processes and tools like Zoho at EUPD Research. Seeking motivated individual to help develop HR strategies in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • You manage central HR processes across the employee lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding — using our HR systems (Zoho People/Zoho Recruit).
  • You communicate independently with candidates and internal stakeholders and support interviews and selection decisions, including scheduling and maintaining systems.
  • You contribute to the further development of our employer positioning and propose ideas for digital HR communication (careers page, talent platforms, and, where appropriate, social media).
  • You maintain and develop our careers page and selected HR channels, working closely with Marketing and IT.
  • You work extensively with our Zoho solutions (e.g., Zoho People, Zoho Recruit) and support the optimization and automation of our HR processes.
  • You produce analyses and reports (e.g., recruiting metrics, HR analyses) based on data available in Zoho to support data-driven decisions.
  • In the medium term, you will independently take on subprojects in Digital HR/HR-IT and expand your area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, People & Culture, Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable field.
  • Practical experience in an HR environment, ideally in a professional, system-supported corporate context.
  • Confident use of digital tools and practical experience with HR software, ideally Zoho People / Zoho Recruit, and a strong interest in data- and process-oriented HR.
  • Strong communication skills, reliable, and able to work independently with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Motivation to take on responsibility and to continue developing professionally and personally — especially in the area of Digital HR/HR-IT.

Benefits

  • Individual target agreements and attractive performance-based bonuses that visibly reward your achievements.
  • Diverse development and training opportunities — both professional and personal.
  • Possible additional benefits such as a job ticket, meal vouchers, or a monthly voucher card as a tax-free non-cash benefit, depending on individual agreement.
  • Company pension plan with regular adjustments for your long-term financial security, as well as a supplementary company health insurance for additional health coverage — both benefits are available after successful completion of the probationary period.
  • Team and after-work events to foster a strong team spirit.
