About the role

  • Analista Comercial V focusing on sales strategies and quality assurance for medical education. Analyze market trends, manage sales team, ensure targets are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial strategies to increase the company’s sales
  • Analyze the market and competitors
  • Identify business opportunities
  • Ensure achievement of established targets
  • Extract and consolidate management dashboard information daily for quick delivery to supervisors and management
  • Populate and keep tracking spreadsheets (trackers) up to date, ensuring the operation’s view is always current
  • Serve as an information focal point, providing management with front-line data to support decision-making meetings
  • Translate operational numbers into clear insights, identifying trends of low or high performance before they become critical
  • Perform systematic listening and review of interactions (calls and messages), evaluating the team’s technical and behavioral quality
  • Be deeply embedded in the operational routine to capture the "heat of the moment" and understand consultants’ real difficulties
  • Identify gaps in the sales pitch and propose immediate adjustments to supervisors
  • Ensure that designed processes are being executed in practice, signaling deviations quickly
  • Analyze reasons for losses (loss analysis) and present these findings as data for discussion with management
  • Cross-reference quality data (monitorings) with results data (sales) to understand who sells more and why (best practices)
  • Prepare materials and inputs that facilitate visualization of results for the entire commercial team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Production Engineering or related fields)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Required: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formulas)
  • Power BI (ability to read, extract data and maintain dashboards)
  • Previous experience in sales support, sales operations or commercial intelligence
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and translate it into verbal insights for leadership
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
  • Extremely organized to manage multiple information sources (dashboards and spreadsheets)
