About the role

  • Pricing Manager shaping pricing strategies for PromoFarma's health and beauty products. Collaborating with data, marketing, and commercial teams to drive strategic pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define, apply, and continuously optimise pricing strategies by category, brand, country, and business model
  • Ensure pricing competitiveness while balancing margin, growth, and customer value.
  • Proactively identify pricing opportunities and risks across markets
  • Own the price comparison tool, including ongoing management, data quality, product matching accuracy, and reporting.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to ensure PromoFarma remains competitive across key categories.
  • Work with the pricing analyst to conduct continuous pricing analysis by category, brand, country, and channel.
  • Deliver actionable insights on pricing and category performance to Purchasing, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Develop clear reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Propose and lead pricing improvements through iterations, A/B testing, and experimentation.
  • Measure the impact of pricing actions on conversion, revenue, margin, and customer behaviour.
  • Work closely with Data, Analytics, Marketing, and Purchasing teams to align pricing objectives with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in pricing management in e-commerce or marketplaces.
  • Proven ability to analyse large datasets and translate insights into clear business actions.
  • Experience managing pricing by category/brand and working with competitive benchmarks.
  • Experience with A/B testing, pricing tools and BI platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with data, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Solid analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
