Responsibilities
Provide expert advice related to priority candidates to ensure complex goals are met
Cross functional collaboration for onboarding process, which includes, working directly with AHCA, National Compliance and the National Coordinators
Improving processes and updating rules as Onboarding regulations change
Creating a first of class onboarding experience for candidates and employees within the Complex
Working closely with the onboarding teams at each branch as well as the exam prep coordinator on monitoring and moving candidates through onboarding
The ability to create relationships with complex management teams (District Managers) to ensure they understand the onboarding process and expected timelines
Regularly meet with complex management teams to gauge candidate progress and provide updates to AHCA
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, marketing and/or business experience
Experience leading a team (ideally of 3 or more)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Engaging presentation skills, detail oriented, with strong ability to streamline communication.
