About the role

  • Complex Onboarding Manager at Equitable ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience for employees and advisors. Collaborating across teams to streamline onboarding processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice related to priority candidates to ensure complex goals are met
  • Cross functional collaboration for onboarding process, which includes, working directly with AHCA, National Compliance and the National Coordinators
  • Improving processes and updating rules as Onboarding regulations change
  • Creating a first of class onboarding experience for candidates and employees within the Complex
  • Working closely with the onboarding teams at each branch as well as the exam prep coordinator on monitoring and moving candidates through onboarding
  • The ability to create relationships with complex management teams (District Managers) to ensure they understand the onboarding process and expected timelines
  • Regularly meet with complex management teams to gauge candidate progress and provide updates to AHCA

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, marketing and/or business experience
  • Experience leading a team (ideally of 3 or more)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Engaging presentation skills, detail oriented, with strong ability to streamline communication.
  • Smartsheet experience is preferred
