Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice related to priority candidates to ensure complex goals are met
- Cross functional collaboration for onboarding process, which includes, working directly with AHCA, National Compliance and the National Coordinators
- Improving processes and updating rules as Onboarding regulations change
- Creating a first of class onboarding experience for candidates and employees within the Complex
- Working closely with the onboarding teams at each branch as well as the exam prep coordinator on monitoring and moving candidates through onboarding
- The ability to create relationships with complex management teams (District Managers) to ensure they understand the onboarding process and expected timelines
- Regularly meet with complex management teams to gauge candidate progress and provide updates to AHCA
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, marketing and/or business experience
- Experience leading a team (ideally of 3 or more)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Engaging presentation skills, detail oriented, with strong ability to streamline communication.
- Smartsheet experience is preferred
