Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of top talent to meet business needs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
Manage the entire hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, and referrals) to attract top talent.
Partner with department leaders to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
Conduct structured interviews, assess competencies, and provide hiring recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with labor laws, GDPR, and company policies.

Professional experience in the role or similar: 5 years
Languages: English is mandatory
