Responsibilities

  • Provide top-quality support to our Croatian-speaking customers via phone and email
  • Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
  • Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly

Requirements

  • Near-native skills in English - but any additional language knowledge is considered as a plus: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Hungarian
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — even in busy moments
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus
  • be located in Hungary or willing to relocate
