About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager creating client pitches and sales support for Epsor's financial services. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance client engagement and product understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine Epsor's pitch by persona and by pillar: key messages, value proposition
  • Build and maintain competitor battlecards: differentiating arguments, responses to objections
  • Prepare and execute new feature launches: messaging, Sales and CSM briefs
  • Ensure ongoing training for Sales and CSM teams: workshops, role plays
  • Help implement the feedback loop between Sales, Marketing and Product teams

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B Marketing or Product Marketing, ideally in a SaaS or HR Tech environment
  • Mastery of pitch craft and commercial storytelling
  • Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex topics
  • Enthusiasm for training, facilitating and challenging Sales and CSM teams
  • Organized, rigorous, and creative, able to devise new formats
  • Comfortable in a cross-functional role, working continuously with other teams (Sales, CSM, Product, etc.)
