About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager at Bitstack defining product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure clarity and adoption of new features and products.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging across Bitstack’s core products, new product lines, and strategic initiatives
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated, and user-centric value propositions for key audiences and use cases
  • Build and maintain scalable messaging frameworks that can be used consistently across channels and markets
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, feature releases, and major initiatives
  • Partner closely with Product and Design to ensure new features are launched with clarity, and that in-product copy aligns with Bitstack’s positioning
  • Bring user, market, and competitive insights into the product development process to influence positioning and product direction
  • Collaborate with Growth, CRM, Social, and other teams to ensure launches are executed consistently across all touchpoints
  • Define success metrics for launches (adoption, activation, usage) and continuously improve based on performance
  • Contribute to building a structured and repeatable approach to product marketing at Bitstack

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or strategic marketing roles
  • Strong experience building positioning and messaging for consumer products
  • Able to turn product features into clear, differentiated, and compelling user narratives
  • Experience leading product launches end-to-end in cross-functional environments (Product, Growth, Design, CRM, etc.)
  • Structured in thinking, able to build frameworks, not just one-off campaigns
  • Thriving in fast-paced startup environments where ownership and collaboration matter more than hierarchy
  • High standards for clarity, precision, and quality in both thinking and writing
  • Communicates clearly and writes well in both French and English
  • Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, neobank, or high-scale consumer apps is a strong plus
