About the role

  • Account Manager managing client accounts at Envision Employment Solutions. Responsible for building client relationships and ensuring smooth recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Build strong relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and account planning sessions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and fast issue resolution.
  • Receive job requests from clients and collect detailed hiring requirements (role, skills, salary range, team structure, timeline, and hiring process).
  • Create clear job briefs and ensure alignment between client expectations and recruitment team delivery.
  • Advise clients on market availability, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
  • Coordinate internally with recruiters/sourcers to ensure open roles are prioritized and progressed.
  • Track recruitment progress and share updates with clients regularly.
  • Support recruiters in scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and removing hiring bottlenecks.
  • Ensure client SLAs are met (CV submission timelines, interview scheduling, feedback turnaround).
  • Identify opportunities to increase share-of-wallet and expand services (additional roles, new departments, or other recruitment services).
  • Support contract renewals and maintain strong retention across accounts.
  • Recommend solutions such as bulk hiring, on-site recruiters, RPO, employer branding, or talent mapping (based on agency offering).
  • Upsell/cross-sell agency services when relevant.
  • Maintain accurate client records, job orders, and communication logs in the CRM/ATS.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on job status, hiring pipelines, and placement outcomes.
  • Track client KPIs and performance metrics such as fulfillment rate and time-to-fill.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum **1 year experience** in a recruitment agency in one of the following roles: Account Manager, Client Partner, Recruitment Consultant, Business Development, or Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes: job intake, candidate pipeline, interviews, offers, onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and job requests simultaneously.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Bullhorn, Workable, Lever, Taleo, etc.) is a plus.
