About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for developing strategic accounts at Envalior. Focusing on sales targets, client relationships, and innovation in polymers and plastics processing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, ensuring that sales targets and long-term customer objectives are achieved
  • Actively build and strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead contract negotiations to secure sustainable growth
  • Embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new projects and innovations in polymers and plastics processing to contribute to Envalior’s values and mission
  • Define and execute account strategies and tactics to achieve agreed sales and profitability goals
  • Build sustainable networks across all levels within key accounts to accelerate development and secure long-term business
  • Identify and implement projects focused on key products, processes, and innovation
  • Monitor market trends, competitive profiling, and incorporate insights into account and sales plans
  • Coordinate technical service and after-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely complaint resolution

Requirements

  • **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
  • Strong knowledge of **polymers, plastics processing, mechanical, electrical, electronics or chemical engineering**
  • Excellent **communication and negotiation skills** across all hierarchy levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach
  • Minimum **Bachelor’s degree** in science/technology or business-related field; MSc is an advantage
  • **Minimum 2–3 years of experience** in manufacturing sales or account management in a relevant market
  • Proven **project management experience**
  • Full proficiency in **German and English (C1/C2)**; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to **40%**
  • High level of energy, commitment, and passion for the business
