About the role

  • Customer Experience Manager overseeing installation processes for energy solutions at Enpal. Interfacing with customers to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers after contract signing through to successful commissioning
  • Plan and manage the entire installation process
  • Act as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure clear communication and smooth operations

Requirements

  • Strong drive and a results-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to execute tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with people
  • Team player with flexibility and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
