About the role

  • Technical Key Account Manager leading key accounts in personnel leasing sector. Building long-term customer relationships and supporting software implementation with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for existing and new clients in personnel leasing
  • Build sustainable, long-term customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities early and develop tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Maintain daily contact with key accounts to support them with questions
  • Address technical inquiries and provide support for product rollouts or the further development of EasyTemp
  • Stakeholder management and the cultivation of long-term business relationships

Requirements

  • Commercial qualification or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Professional certificate in Human Resources or social insurance is an advantage
  • At least five to ten years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of HR/personnel management software solutions, ideally EasyTemp
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken; French and Italian skills are a plus
