About the role

- Build sustainable, long-term customer relationships

- Address technical inquiries and provide support for product rollouts or the further development of EasyTemp
- Stakeholder management and the cultivation of long-term business relationships
Requirements
- Commercial qualification or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Professional certificate in Human Resources or social insurance is an advantage
- At least five to ten years of professional experience
- Knowledge of HR/personnel management software solutions, ideally EasyTemp
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German, both written and spoken; French and Italian skills are a plus
