About the role

  • Partnerships Executive managing physical POS partner relationships at iyzico. Engaging, negotiating, and driving the entire partner lifecycle in a fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new partners with field sales capabilities (distributors, field teams, software companies etc.)
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle: hunting, negotiating, contracting, onboarding, and driving partner activation
  • Manage the partner channel end-to-end, including onboarding, target setting, performance tracking, and growth
  • Design and implement scalable commercial and incentive frameworks to drive POS sales performance
  • Set partner-level sales targets, track KPIs, and drive performance improvement
  • Build and execute growth strategies aligned with field dynamics
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, and finance teams

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of physical POS products (mobile POS, Android POS, cash register POS, etc.),their use cases and market positioning
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end physical POS processes (installation, activation, pricing, commissions, field operations)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or POS-related roles
  • Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups (partners, field teams, senior management) and manage complex negotiations to successful outcomes
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience turning partnerships into measurable results
  • Data-driven approach to monitor partner performance and optimize growth
  • Ability to manage partner performance through key KPIs such as revenue, active POS, transaction volume, and activation rates, leveraging data to drive optimization and growth
  • High ownership, results-oriented mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with partners with field sales networks
  • Driving sales through partner-led channels
