About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative managing B2B customer interactions and lead qualification for energy solutions startup. Engaging with clients to drive successful projects and reduce energy costs.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone contact with inbound leads, existing contacts and defined target companies
  • Follow-up on inquiries, event contacts, campaign leads and reactivated contacts
  • Independently perform initial qualification of companies according to defined criteria
  • Schedule and prepare qualified meetings for our Account Executives
  • Structured documentation of all conversations and activities in the CRM system
  • Systematic processing of lead lists and campaigns
  • Close coordination with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve lead quality
  • Provide feedback on objections, market insights and conversation outcomes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales, customer service, call center or B2B customer contact is an advantage
  • Confident phone manner and enjoyment in addressing decision-makers
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • High level of commitment and strong communication skills
  • Interest in technically complex or consultative B2B solutions
  • Basic understanding of energy, infrastructure or industrial contexts is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
