About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist handling complex banking product inquiries and issues. Engaging with clients while ensuring service desk quality in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

  • You take on support responsibility for complex applications and services as part of a qualified Service Desk covering retail deposit operations and investment advisory.
  • You act as a subject-matter specialist, preparing solution information in a customer-friendly manner, taking responsibility for its communication and serving as a multiplier.
  • You engage in escalations and major incidents, perform extensive and thorough testing for quality assurance, and provide timely customer communication.
  • You advise customers in a targeted manner, present our solution offerings, and convey their requirements to drive product development.
  • You support product launches and take on special tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • You have completed relevant vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) with additional qualifications (e.g., banking specialist or banking business administrator) and have several years of professional banking experience.
  • You possess solid knowledge of a bank's deposit/passive business and have prior experience in customer service/support or bank operations.
  • You demonstrate strong customer and service orientation; your reliable and independent working style, analytical thinking, and excellent coordination skills distinguish you.
  • You are capable of handling conflicts and being assertive while maintaining a high degree of cooperation and team spirit; you are reliable and have a strong quality and sense of responsibility.
