Responsibilities
Work with services Product Management and Sales teams to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for account teams.
Conduct regular workshops and webinars to keep teams updated on product offerings and sales strategies.
Build and maintain a repository of training materials and resources maximising existing platforms such as Showpad.
Design and implement enablement programs for distributors and partners.
Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the channel is well-equipped to sell our services.
Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
Ensure the website is up to date with relevant information and resources.
Develop and maintain a library of sales tools and templates to support the sales process.
Develop and monitor key indicators of sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales operations to deploy sales coaching standard processes.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior program management position.
Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and initiatives.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with enablement platforms such as Showpad.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
English language proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills.
