- Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of learning databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity of the Learning Management System.
- Manage logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant coordination.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.
- Curate, organize, and update learning content to align with organizational goals.
- Implement content delivery strategies that enhance the overall learning experience (ex., design modules, create job aids, design SharePoint).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- At least 1 year of Program Management Support or Training Coordination experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in database management, administration, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficiency in content management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
