About the role

  • Lead Specialist driving learning and development initiatives at Emerson in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. Overseeing database management and logistical aspects of training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of learning databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity of the Learning Management System.
  • Manage logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant coordination.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.
  • Curate, organize, and update learning content to align with organizational goals.
  • Implement content delivery strategies that enhance the overall learning experience (ex., design modules, create job aids, design SharePoint).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • At least 1 year of Program Management Support or Training Coordination experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in database management, administration, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficiency in content management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
