About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop the Premium Residence across all areas, from service to administration
- You have an eye for detail: quality, hospitality, and service are tangible through your presence
- You represent the residence during visits, tours, and events
- You work closely with executive management, act as their representative, and contribute to the further development of the vision and campus concept
- You maintain oversight and ensure that operations run smoothly, with elegance, structure, and efficiency
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training, preferably in hotel management or business administration
- Professional experience in upscale hotels, gastronomy, or premium residences
- Leadership experience preferred, including candidates from second-tier management
- A polished, confident demeanor — you enjoy embodying style
- Strong organizational skills, quality awareness, and a keen eye for outstanding guest care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people respectfully and on equal footing
- You persuade prospective clients and actively support occupancy of the Premium Residence
