Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and monitor integrated business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term organizational goals.
Lead the end-to-end portfolio management lifecycle—including project planning, initiation, resource allocation, execution, benefits realization, and value tracking.
Maintain awareness of market research and analysis to identify strategic opportunities and risks, and translate external trends into relevant internal actions.
Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Establish and maintain effective portfolio governance practices to prioritize, monitor, and report on projects and programs for maximum business value.
Prepare and present strategic plans and recommendations to executive leadership.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, scalable project management team, leveraging internal and external resources as needed.
Drive ad-hoc strategic initiatives and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in strategic management, portfolio management, program leadership, or management consulting within financial services, insurance, or related industries.
Proven experience managing large, complex project portfolios and teams, including third-party and cross-functional resources.
Strong knowledge of portfolio and project management methodologies, techniques, and best practices, as well as strategy development and execution.
Ability to blend innovation and agile methodologies with traditional project management to optimize outcomes and collaboration.
