Requirements
- Post secondary education in a professional discipline pertinent to the job functions
- Excellent management skills and experience in a senior management position
- Demonstrated competency to manage a large multi-disciplinary staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated financial management skills in developing, implementing and monitoring division budgets
- Knowledge of collective bargaining process
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and applicable regulations
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate complex agreements
- Working knowledge of computer software applications
