Responsibilities
Lead and expand the electrical team in Berlin and Hamburg
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Europe strategy plan in alignment with regional and technical requirements
Financial responsibility for the respective large-scale projects
Build relationships with potential investors in the greater Berlin area
Participate in interviews and actively recruit for other locations in line with the growth strategy in Germany
Establish and maintain key client relationships and maximize opportunities for follow-on contracts
Strengthen process-aligned QA procedures
Provide professional technical consulting to our clients in cost groups KG 440 and KG 450
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in engineering, master craftsman, technician, or equivalent qualification
Many years of professional experience as a technical and commercial leader with demonstrably outstanding achievements
Several years of work experience in Germany and ideally an existing network in the Berlin market
Experience with German projects
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary planning for large buildings such as opera houses, museums, mixed-use or lab buildings
Extensive experience working with HOAI, VOL, VOB and VDI 6026
Familiarity with building services design software including BIM Revit
Fluent German and English skills
Willingness to travel (within Germany and Europe)
