Responsibilities

  • This person will be challenged to build major Academies such as Service & Support, Finance, and the Corporate Academy;
  • They will need to bring relevant experience and content for these builds, form partnerships with business areas, and influence leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • English proficiency (intermediate to fluent) for reading, writing, and speaking
  • Experience in Training & Development activities
  • Experience delivering trainings, workshops, and development materials
  • Experience as an HRBP or working in HR subsystems
  • Experience in multidisciplinary projects and cross-functional integration
  • Experience with leadership development projects
