About the role

  • Customer Service Representative handling inquiries and providing solutions for gut health startup. Engaging with customers via multiple channels and improving processes in customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our customers by phone, email, chat, and other channels with their questions and concerns
  • Provide tailored solutions and maintain an empathetic, attentive approach
  • Improve our processes and guidelines
  • Analyze the needs and problems of our target audience
  • Engage with our community on Instagram
  • Coordinate and communicate with partners, content creators, affiliates, and more
  • Your insights across different company areas and varied responsibilities will give both you and the team the opportunity to further develop your strengths and interests

Requirements

  • Native-level German
  • Affinity for gut health
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Work experience in the healthcare sector and/or in a startup is a plus
  • Available for at least 30 hours per week
  • Ideally: expertise in digestive disorders, nutrition, health, medicine, dietary supplements, etc.
  • High level of commitment, willingness to go the extra mile, and results-oriented work style
  • Motivated to contribute your own ideas and implement them independently
