About the role

  • Business Development Specialist at Elo responsible for B2B relationships and market analysis in payment solutions. Collaborating with teams to enhance partnerships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for B2B account management for merchant acquirers, sub-acquirers and digital wallets. Act as the primary point of contact between Elo and partners, ensuring deliverables and identifying business opportunities;
  • Analyze the payments market and future trend scenarios;
  • Lead recurring meetings with internal teams and portfolio partners to capture priorities, identify and evaluate opportunities, and align agendas according to partner needs;
  • Actively participate in the onboarding of new partners or projects, collaborating with Operations, Pricing, Legal, Finance and peer teams;
  • Work closely with Product, Digital Business, Finance, Authorization, Operations and Fraud Prevention teams;
  • Support corporate meetings to present, discuss and align regulatory topics and opportunities with partners;
  • Analyze performance indicators and support discussion and refinement of action plans internally and with clients;
  • Drive new business generation within the assigned partner portfolio;
  • Ensure alignment and communication with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the culture and process evolution of the area and the company.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across peers and leadership;
  • Inquisitive mindset and a hands-on approach;
  • Motivated and eager to contribute, develop and embrace challenges;
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in the payments industry.
