Responsibilities
As a BDR you are the face of Solarize and the first, decisive contact point for our future partners.
You lay the foundation for our sales success and contribute directly to our growth.
You identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new growth opportunities.
You build a high-quality pipeline through targeted research and creative outbound strategies.
In initial conversations you understand the challenges of our prospective customers and qualify them for the next steps.
Requirements
A strong drive and motivation to launch a career in tech sales and to embrace a steep learning curve.
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of phone outreach, and a professional, confident manner in direct customer interactions.
A desire to improve every day—both professionally and personally.
A completed degree in (technical) business administration or a comparable field of study.
Excellent German at native level (C2), both spoken and written.
Initial experience in outbound sales (B2B SaaS) or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and other sales tools is an advantage.
A basic understanding of, or interest in, the energy or real estate sector is a plus.
Good English skills are a plus.
