About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for full-cycle recruitment in healthcare settings. Engaging with hiring managers, sourcing strategies, and onboarding in Nashua, NH.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and review open positions
  • Create job postings and advertising materials
  • Organize and attend open houses and job fairs
  • Build relationships with universities, career centers, and allied health organizations
  • Use diverse sourcing strategies to identify and pipeline quality candidates
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
  • Support hiring managers through the interview process and final selection
  • Manage candidate communications, including declinations
  • Complete reference checks and verify licenses, education, and background checks
  • Prepare and extend offers of employment
  • Educate candidates on compensation, benefits, and performance programs
  • Coordinate new hire documentation, pre-placement screenings, and orientation scheduling
  • Support managers and new hires through onboarding
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Four additional years of recruitment experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum two years of recruitment experience in healthcare (non-agency)
  • Clinical and non-clinical recruitment experience required
  • WorkDay experience highly preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
