Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive management to define long-term company goals and coordinate with OEM customers
Represent the company to customers, partners and suppliers — both domestically and internationally
Build and maintain a network within OEMs to gather information on new programs and product developments
Promote customer relationship management through regular on-site meetings
Actively lead the quotation process for program acquisition and contract amendments for all responsible programs
Prepare and implement new business strategies and/or strategies to win orders for regional and global programs
Responsible for the accuracy of data used in sales forecasts
Monitor and report on competitive market conditions, including pricing, market presence, technology, quality, etc.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a related technical field
Several years' experience working with major OEMs in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry
Experience in program management within an OEM environment
Comprehensive industry knowledge of customers and competitors
Understanding of advanced product quality planning processes (e.g., APQP)
Strong understanding of cost structures and cost drivers
Strong negotiation skills and a high level of responsibility
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency with MS Office applications and ERP systems
