About the role

  • Manage complex sales cycles at Eletromidia, engaging multiple stakeholders in advertising.

Responsibilities

  • 💡 In this role, you will:
  • Strategic and Complex Selling: Manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers (Marketing Directors, CEOs, Procurement) and larger agencies.
  • Evangelize the Globo Ecosystem: Sell the full portfolio, including TV (linear and connected) and special projects, positioning Eletromidia as a business partner, not just a media vehicle.
  • Account Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans for each client in the portfolio, identifying opportunities to capture share of wallet from other media.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and consumption trends to propose proactive solutions to clients.
  • Technical Mentorship: Serve as a technical reference for Mid and Junior team members, supporting questions about complex products and negotiation strategies.

Requirements

  • 🎯 What we expect from you:
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Strong experience in consultative advertising sales (OOH and/or Digital/TV).
  • Established network with mid-to-large agencies and direct advertisers.
  • Strategic business vision: ability to discuss ROI, Branding and Performance with C-level executives.
  • Fluent English (to service global accounts or report to these clients' international hubs).
  • Strong analytical capability to cross-reference TV, Digital and OOH audience data.
