Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth day-to-day delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on general HR queries
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including contracts and induction support
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS
  • Support HR processes such as probation management and absence tracking
  • Assist with payroll inputs and benefits administration
  • Help with recruitment administration, including interview scheduling
  • Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and local labour laws

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and service-focused HR Coordinator
  • Experience or strong aptitude in HR administration or shared services environments
  • High levels of accuracy when handling employee data, documentation, and systems
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment
  • Comfort using HR (SuccessFactors) systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools
