Head of Revenue managing strategy and operations for a legal SaaS product aimed at solo lawyers and small firms. Overseeing revenue journey from acquisition to retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities
Revenue and performance management
Develop and execute the growth and retention strategy for the SaaS product
Work closely with Marketing to ensure the full funnel performs smoothly: acquisition → conversion → activation → retention → expansion
Define targets, KPIs and operating rituals for Sales, Customer Success and Support
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities with a focus on reducing churn, driving upsell, cross-sell and plan upgrades
Lead the commercial team responsible for new customer acquisition
Monitor conversion by channel, CAC, LTV, funnel rates and lead quality
Design and oversee onboarding, activation and engagement routines
Establish scalable Customer Success practices for a large base (4k+ customers)
Ensure service quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
Prior experience with subscription-based B2B SaaS platforms
Experience in two or more of these areas: Sales, Customer Success, Support, Growth or RevOps
Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Familiarity with subscription models, MRR, churn, LTV and SaaS metrics
