About the role

  • Key Account Management Support role at Einhell responsible for customer inquiries in the DACH region. Collaborating with the KAM and ensuring data accuracy in ERP systems while coordinating projects.

Responsibilities

  • Daily communication with our customers in the DACH region.
  • Handle inquiries, coordinate requests and support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in day-to-day operations.
  • Support internal coordination of new customer projects — from kick-off to implementation.
  • Ensure customer data in the ERP system is up to date and track projects and orders.
  • Prepare professional presentations and in-depth analyses to support annual reviews and strategic meetings.
  • Confident use of available reports to analyze sales trends and product assortments — providing targeted support to management decision-making.
  • Coordinate the handling of customer complaints and inquiries in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
  • Support the administration of contracts, bonus agreements and their billing.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in inside sales, ideally in DIY retail, builders’ merchants or with technical products
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Strong analytical skills; basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Highly reliable, responsible, and able to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner — even under time pressure
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Good written and spoken English
