Responsibilities
Support in payroll processing, including proper remittance of taxes, social security contributions and other deductions
Point of contact for employees and managers on income tax, social security and occupational pension (bAV) related questions
Communication with external bodies such as social insurance institutions, authorities and other organisations
Processing of statutory reporting and certification requirements
Maintenance of personnel master data and support of the time management system
Employee support and general administrative HR tasks, such as drafting contracts and documents as well as maintaining personnel files
Participation in HR projects to optimise our personnel processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent professional qualification
Relevant professional experience in human resources
Solid knowledge of payroll accounting and related tax matters
Experience with an IT-based payroll system
Confident user of MS Office applications
Service-oriented, independent and solution-focused working style with a high degree of discretion and a strong team orientation
