Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the department, including Services, Success, Support, and more
Contribute to the department’s objectives and success through project work to streamline processes, execute deliverables, and bridge gaps between teams
Support cross-departmental initiatives with Sales, Product, Development, and Marketing
Manage various projects and deadlines, both independent and collaborative
Complete onboarding and performance reviews similar to a full-time employee
Work with multiple teams over the course of the internship, giving presentations and setting your own goals
Past projects have included contributing to customer Help Center content, outreach for User Conference campaigns, maintaining regulatory lists, and testing motion capture technology
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a science or business analytics field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working independently as well as in a team setting
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Organized, thorough, and attentive to detail
